Guiness Two-Time World Record Holder
Salt Lake City (June 11, 2025) Siddharth Santosh Das, son of longtime 4Life India Logistics and Supply Chain officer Santosh Das, is a two-time Guinness world record holder for most backward skips over a rope in 30 seconds and in one minute. He is also the youngest Team 4Life member in 4Life history and the first Team 4Life member from India. Team 4Life is a world-renowned group of athletic brand ambassadors who use and recommend 4Life products.

Siddharth’s world record 30-second performance came in at 151 skips, beating the previous record by 3 skips. His 1-minute performance came in at 274 skips, shattering the previous record of 262 skips by 12 skips. At this one-minute speed, Siddharth moved at approximately 4.37 skips per second.

As a child, Siddharth was a strong swimmer and all-around competitive athlete. Then came the lockdown of 2020. Santosh: “Siddharth was worried about maintaining his fitness during a time when outdoor activities were prohibited. His coach recommended jump rope and in-home calisthenics. Two months into this fitness regimen, my son began to back skip. From there, it became his passion.”

As the global authority for all things record-breaking, the Guinness application process is a rigorous one. Approval may take as long as 20 weeks. In addition to a biographical essay, Siddharth had to provide a target number of skips, the location from where he’d challenge the record, and assurances that it was in a place for easy public viewing. Additionally, Guinness required two judges from the Skipping Federation of India and two qualified timekeepers to be in attendance.

Siddharth: “My parents gave me 4Life Transfer Factor Tri-Factor Formula and Pro-TF to supplement my protein intake and support my energy levels. I’ve now added 4Life Transfer Factor Collagen to my supplementation regimen.”*

4Life, The Immune System Company®, and the first to bring transfer factor research to market, has offices in dozens of countries to serve the company’s worldwide customers.
