Richards will oversee 4Life’s global sales strategy to ensure growth and alignment across all markets. He has more than 30 years of experience in the direct selling industry. Since joining 4Life in 2010, Richards has worked in every region of the world, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Sales – Europe, Eurasia & the Americas.

Throughout his 4Life career, Richards has logged more than two million miles to support markets from India to Mexico and Bogotá to Bangkok.

Richards holds a degree in Marketing Communications with a minor in English from Brigham Young University (BYU).
