In this study, NIS followed the gold standard for human clinical studies: a placebo-controlled, randomized, double-blinded, cross-over study. This study design means the results are not just random chance.

All study participants were healthy. The researchers gave each participant, on two separate occasions, either a placebo or one dose of the product (600 mg of 4Life Transfer Factor Tri-Factor Formula). The researchers then took blood samples one and two hours later, and then 24 hours afterwards.
