(Makes 14 bars)

  • 2 packets 4Life Transfer Factor Collagen

  • 100 g honey

  • 150 g rolled oats

  • 100 g crushed mixed nuts (almond, walnut & cashew nuts)

  • 50 g cranberries

  • 60 g dates, pitted

  • 100 g peanut butter

  • 100 g instant oats


  1. Combine rolled oats, crushed mixed nuts and instant oats in a baking pan and toast in oven for 10 minutes at 180⁰C.

  2. Combine peanut butter and honey in a small bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Set aside.

  3. Chop dates in a food processor until ball-like paste forms. Set aside.

  4. Transfer the toasted rolled oats, crushed mixed nuts and instant oats into a large bowl.

  5. Add cranberries, 4Life Transfer Factor Collagen, dates paste and melted peanut butter and honey mixture.

  6. Mix until thoroughly combined.

  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan lined with baking paper.

  8. Press down firmly until even.

  9. Chill it for at least 2 hours.

  10. After 2 hours, remove from refrigerator and cut into 14 even bars.

  11. Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
